It is with sadness I report the crossing of the bar of SHIPMATE IVAN BAIN NZ7977 from Oamaru - 29/9/10

He had been a long serving member of the South Canterbury Branch and any people will have fond memories of Ivan when he was a prominent ugby referee in the 50's and 60's and later being awarded a life member f the SCRRA. Our condolences to Noeline and family.

The funeral will be held at the Whitestone Chapel on the Weston Road, at 1400 on Monday 4 October. R.I.P.
