James Magnus (Jim). (RNZN No. 12474 Korean Veteran). Passed away peacefully.

Dearly loved husband of 59 a half years of Margaret. Proud father of 6 children. Awesome Grandad to 14 grandchildren and doting Great-Grandfather of 10 and one more expected. A truly wonderful family man. Strong till the end, he's at peace now. Forever in our hearts. "A old fisherman at heart as the ocean waves carry you away from us every time we gaze upon the sea It's strength, beauty and serenity will remind us of you always." Margaret and family would like to make special thanks to the West Auckland Hospice, Waimauku Pharmacy and Dr John Kyle. A service for Jim will be held at the Central Park Chapel of the Davis Funeral Home, 150 Central Park Drive, Henderson on Tuesday May 4 at 1.30pm to be followed by a private cremation.
