Robyn passed away in Dunedin at Montecillo Veterans' Home and Hospital on 4 Sept. His funeral will be held at Hope and Son Chapel, Anderson Bay Road, Dunedin on Thursday 8 September at 1130.

The following is information provided by Montecillo Veterans' Home and Hospital:

Mr R. L. J. Keen (NZ14110 W (E) 1) enlisted on 24 Jan 52 and discharged on 23 Jan 60. Mr Keen served on HMNZS PUKAKI, HAWEA, BELLONA and MARKO and he was awarded New Zealand Special Services Medal (Nuclear Testing) on 27 May 02.  Robyn was presented with his New Zealand Defence Force Medal on 12 July 2011.
