I am Julie Green (middle of 3 daughters) emailing you. Yeah Dad's at peace now. I went to funeral and the best parts of his service (to me anyhow) was the Naval part and the RSA part.
The guy who was a shipmate of my dad's did an excellent speech as he spoke about things even I didnt know.

Im hoping to rejoin RSA as an Associate member also. When i get some dudes who knew him together might have a get together at an Aucks RSA. This is how best I remember my dad see. With the divorce rate from navy "back in the day" this is how it was. and also His 2nd wife didnt really put it in the herald but i saw it was on here. So I just want to hold somnething for him up here. I have thankfully been given som early navy photos back of him and a group of guys on one of the ships. And some just of a ship going through Formosa Straight in about 1954 i think it says. Going to get them put on disc also. Im not very "techy" at putting stuff on the comp yet, haha. but will get some mates to help.
