Lee passed away at Auckland City Hospital after short illness, on Sunday
05 March 2006. Lee worked as the admin assistant for many years at the RP school on North Head and in recent years filled the admin position at the W/E school (MWTC). A service will be held at St Christophers Chapel, Devonport Naval Base, 1030 Thursday 09 March 2006, followed by interment at the North Shore Memorial Park cemetery.
