It is understood the Govt. is going to start issuing the Pingat Jasa medal on Friday 31st March 2006 Our sources tell us that Defence has asked for a small group of Wellington based Ex Malaya vets to attend a presentation ceremony on 31st at the Malaysian high Commission. Apparently the ceremony is symbolic and once over, the general distribution will occur. |
