Another of our shipmates has crossed the bar - Shipmate Bob Proctor Able Seaman NZ7561.
Bob had suffered ill health for a considerable time and finally reached the end of his journey on Sunday 4th October 2009 in the South Canterbury Hospice. Bob's funeral service is being held at the Temuka RSA on Tuesday 6th October at 1130.

During WW2 Bob served on Gambia and later on Hautapu, Arbutus, Kaniere, Lachlan and
discharged in 1952 after a cruise around NZ ports on Bellona. Our condolences to Ann and family R.I.P.
