David passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospice, on Sunday 6 December, aged 80.

A Requiem Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Friday 11 December, at 1300.  In lieu of flowers donations to the North Shore Hospice Trust, PO Box 331129, Takapuna, would be appreciated
