on October 10th 2009 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice. Aged 71 years.

Beloved and respected Priest of the Archdiocese of Wellington; Military Chaplain; formerly Parish Priest of Our Lady of Grace Heretaunga.
 
Fr Peter's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Hill Street Thorndon on Wednesday October 14th 2009 at 10:30am followed by a burial at Taita Cemetery.

Evening Prayer of the Church will be celebrated at the Cathedral on Tuesday evening at 7:00pm.
