Simon passed away on Saturday 10 October 2009.
A service for Simon will be held in the Main Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive Henderson, on Saturday 17 October 2009, commencing at 12.30. 

In lieu of flowers donations are welcome to the Mental Health Foundation, PO Box 10051, Dominion Road, Auckland, or Lifeline, 95 Great South Road, Remuera
