It is with deep regret and sadness that I announce that Paul "(Jake)" Jacobsen D19231 Ex CPOM(E) RNZN 10.01.68 to 01.03.89 has crossed the bar on 22.08.08. in Auckland. A service will be held on Tuesday 26 Aug 08 at North Harbour Chapel of DIL'S Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road Albany at 1000Hrs. Interment will follow at North Shore Memorial Park.
